Dr. Sanjai Thankachen earned his medical degree from Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medicine in 2000 and completed his psychiatry residency in 2008 in New York, with a significant portion of his clinical training conducted at a major academic medical center. Following residency, he gained extensive experience working in adult outpatient psychiatric care and now practices in Southern California. Dr. Thankachen provides comprehensive psychiatric services across both outpatient and inpatient settings, bringing a broad and clinically grounded approach to patient care. He works with individuals experiencing a wide range of conditions, including depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, and dementia-related concerns. Dr. Thankachen is an active member in good standing of several professional organizations, including the American Psychiatric Association and international medical associations, reflecting his ongoing commitment to excellence in psychiatric care.
Dr. Tami Tucker, PhD, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Organizational Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals facing addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Throughout her career, she has provided care across a wide range of treatment settings and brings a unique dual perspective that integrates clinical practice with organizational consultation. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Tucker mentors, trains, and supervises emerging clinicians as they complete their required clinical hours toward licensure. Her approach to supervision emphasizes a deep understanding of evidence-based standards of care, ethical practice, and the use of advanced therapeutic techniques. Dr. Tucker is dedicated to ensuring that both clinicians and the individuals they serve are supported in achieving meaningful recovery and long-term personal growth.
Dr. Lori Bohn, PMHNP-BC, DC, holds a diverse academic background, earning her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, a Doctorate from Chiropractic College West, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wayland Baptist University, and a Master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Herzing University. She is a board-certified PMHNP-BC with over a decade of experience in integrative medicine, specializing in women’s health and addiction psychiatry. Dr. Bohn is passionate about bridging conventional and integrative approaches to mental health care, with a strong focus on addressing trauma from both emotional and biochemical perspectives. She has completed a Fellowship in Integrative Psychiatry through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and a Fellowship in Functional Psychiatry under the supervision of Dr. Greenblatt, founder of Psychiatry Redefined. Dr. Bohn is committed to a trauma-informed, holistic approach that focuses on identifying and treating underlying causes of mental health conditions, working collaboratively with individuals to develop personalized treatment plans that support long-term healing and overall well-being.
Drake serves as an Executive Director, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives with a focus on clinical excellence and client-centered care. With over six years of experience in behavioral health and addiction services, he brings extensive expertise in program development, clinical operations, and organizational leadership. A Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC II), Drake is deeply committed to supporting individuals on their path toward lasting recovery. Originally from Kentucky, he relocated to California to further his career in the field. His deep understanding of addiction treatment, combined with a compassionate and outcomes-driven leadership style, has played a key role in building high-performing teams, improving client outcomes, and fostering long-term engagement beyond treatment.
Camille Coomer serves as Director of Administration, overseeing the operational backbone of the organization, including human resources, payroll, accounting coordination, regulatory compliance, and aiding in administrative legal matters. She plays a central role in ensuring that internal systems, policies, and practices operate smoothly, compliantly, and in alignment with organizational goals.
With a many years of experience in many different operational roles in the behavioral health and addiction treatment space, Camille brings a detail-driven yet people-centered approach to administration. She is known for translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, functional processes that support leadership and empower staff.
Outside of her professional role, Camille volunteers within the Orange County jail system and California prison system, reflecting her ongoing commitment to service, rehabilitation, and community-based recovery efforts.
